AI Chat Content
- Conversations between you and the AI assistant.
- Documents, listings, and other content you upload for AI processing.
- AI-generated responses and content created through the Platform.
Lead and Contact Data
- Contact information for leads and clients that you enter into the Platform.
- Chat conversations between your website visitors and your AI chat widget.

- AI Processing: To process your documents and conversations through our AI services (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to provide chat responses, content generation, and document analysis.

We share your information only with the following third-party service providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services:
- Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
- Mailgun: For sending transactional and notification emails on your behalf and ours.
- Anthropic (Claude): For AI language processing. Documents and conversations are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. See Section 5 for details.
- Google and Microsoft: For OAuth authentication when you choose to sign in with your Google or Microsoft account, and for calendar integration features.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
5. AI Data Processing
Our Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide core features. You should be aware of the following regarding AI data processing:
- Documents you upload and conversations you have with the AI assistant are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing.
- This data is transmitted securely over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Conversation history and AI interactions are logged on our servers for service delivery and improvement purposes.
- AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for verifying all AI output before relying on it.
- We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Anthropic's data processing practices are governed by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information according to the following practices:
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes.
- Chat History: Conversation logs are retained for service delivery and improvement. You may request deletion of your chat history.
- Billing Records: Transaction records are retained as required by Canadian tax and accounting regulations.
- Account Closure: Upon account closure, we will delete your personal data upon request, except where retention is required by law. Deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.
7. Your Rights (PIPEDA)
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, you have the following rights:

8. Cookies and Tracking
